Terms of Use

Snipek is developed by Listen Notes, Inc. (“we,” “us”). These terms cover Snipek and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. Using Snipek

Snipek helps you save and reuse text on your devices. You may use it for personal or business purposes. Use it lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You keep ownership of your snippets and are responsible for their content and how you use or share them.

We own Snipek’s software and branding. Apps downloaded from Apple’s App Store are also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it.

2. Free and Pro

The free plan supports up to 10 snippets. Snipek Pro is an optional annual subscription for unlimited snippets across iPhone and Mac using the same App Store account. Apple displays the price, currency, and applicable taxes before you subscribe and handles billing.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through your App Store subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to its policies and your legal rights.

If Pro ends, your existing snippets remain available to view, edit, copy, and sync. Creating additional snippets is limited when your library is at or above the free limit.

3. Your data and other apps

Your snippets are saved locally and sync through your own iCloud account when available. Sync requires Apple’s services and an internet connection. Deletions also sync; iCloud sync is not a separate backup. Keep an export of anything important.

Other apps decide how pasted text and formatting appear. Snipek doesn’t send messages or fill destination fields automatically. Please check a reply before sending it. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

4. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Snipek useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every app. To the extent permitted by law, Snipek is provided “as is,” and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections.

5. Updates and contact

Features and these terms may change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes when required. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
